Max Bungert, a D.C. Everest senior, put his advanced metalworking skills to good use — honoring Nancy, his long-time bus driver, for her years of service. Max created a custom-made metal cutout of a bus and presented her with it on the route home. According to Max, she was surprised and speechless.
The district thanks Nancy, who drives bus #31, for being a positive and impactful influence for our students. And we are proud to showcase Max for his kindness, talents, and taking the initiative to put his technical skills to work for a worthy cause.
