Benefit Highlights

Medical Plan - Security Health Plan Two health plan options, Plan A: Premier HMO and Plan B: SimplyOne HMO. Both options are high deductible health plans qualified for a Health Savings Account.

Dental Plan - Delta Dental of Wisconsin Opt to visit Delta Dental PPO dentists or Delta Dental Premier dentists.

Vision Plan - Delta Dental of Wisconsin Optional plan provides benefits for exams, glasses, and contacts (preventive vision exams are available at no cost for individuals enrolled in the Security Health medical plan).

Dependent Coverage - Dependent children are covered under all plans (where family coverage is applicable) from birth through the end of the month they attain the age of 26.

Greenheck Field House - Membership Free membership to the Greenheck Field House, which houses a weight room, basketball courts, an ice rink, cardio equipment, workout studios and racquetball courts and hosts a range of group fitness classes.

Long Term Disability - Madison National Life Insurance Company Provides coverage when an employee is sick or totally disabled and unable to work for more than 90 consecutive calendar days.

Short Term Disability - Madison National Life Insurance Company Provides income protection in the event an employee is ill or injured and unable to come to work for a short-term period of time.

Flexible Spending Account - Employee Benefits Corporation Pay for out-of-pocket dental, vision, and dependent care expenses with pre-tax dollars. Health Savings Account Set up at the financial institution of your choice with contributions deducted from employee paycheck on a pre-tax basis

Life Insurance - Wisconsin Department of Employee Trust Fund Options include Basic (no cost to employee), Additional, Supplemental, and Spouse & Dependent coverage.

Wisconsin Retirement System - Wisconsin Department of Employee Trust Fund Eligible employees contribute 6.75% that is matched by the District.

403(b) Tax Sheltered Annuities - Option to open a Tax-Sheltered Annuity account with an approved vendor to save and invest before-tax and after-tax (Roth) dollars for retirement.

457 Deferred Compensation Plan - Option to save and invest before-tax and after-tax (Roth) dollars for retirement.
