Benefit Highlights - Why DCE?
PTO
Teachers receive 11 days of PTO to use throughout the school year for a well-deserved vacation or simply needing a mental health day. Didn’t use all of your PTO? Get it paid out to you at $20/hour or roll it into a Sick Leave Bank!
GTCC
All staff and their spouse receive a free membership to GTCC, which houses a weight room, basketball courts, an ice rink, cardio equipment, workout studios and racquetball courts and hosts a range of group fitness classes.
Professional Development
D.C. Everest prioritizes continuous learning for all staff by offering a multitude of Professional Development opportunities, both in-person or asynchronous, available for any staff member to attend.
