Mental Health Counseling
Marathon County School-Based Counseling Program
Students may experience personal/social problems that may affect their mental health. Increasingly, problems such as substance abuse, pregnancy, eating disorders, depression, and even suicide are very real threats to teenagers. Parents can provide an open environment by keeping lines of communication free, observing moods and behavior, and knowing when to seek outside guidance.
To assist our students and their families with mental health issues they may be facing, we have partnered with the Marathon County School-Based Counseling Consortium to provide students with on-site access to professional mental health professionals.
