Greenheck Turner Community Center for: DC Everest School District
D.C. Everest Area School District will receive bids for: Greenheck Turner Community Center –
Miscellaneous Work, for D.C. Everest School District – until 3:00 pm. on Thursday March 26th, 2026.
Sealed Bids for the project designated above will be received via in person drop off at the administrative
offices at 6100 Alderson Street Weston, WI 54476, or by mail to the same address. Bids may also be
emailed to: Jason Jablonski. Bids will be opened publicly on the same day at 3:15 pm. Bids
received after the above cited time may be considered a late bid and may not be accepted.
All Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, identified as Greenheck Turner Community Center
Miscellaneous work clearly marked on the outside of the envelope and endorsed by the bidder. Lump-sum
bids will be received for General Construction to encompass all work under one contract.
The project to be bid in the Greenheck Turner Community Center at 6400 Alderson Street, Schofield WI.
consists of renovation work to enlarge an existing meeting room, install power slider doors, relocate
existing aluminum swing doors, and create a loading door in the precast arena wall panels. Work will
commence as soon as possible and be complete prior to June 15th, 2026.
Bidding documents will be available after 4:00 pm, March 5th, 2026, from the Office of the Architect,
Somerville, Inc., 2120 Riverside Drive, Green Bay, Wisconsin 54301. Instructions for downloading
electronic (pdf) copies or requesting paper copies of the bidding documents can be obtained by emailing:

Bid Bonds, Performance and Payment are not required. A pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday
March 17th at 1:30pm at the Greenheck Turner Community Center, 6400 Alderson St, Schofield, WI
54476, with site inspection to follow. This pre-bid conference is not mandatory, but highly
encouraged. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or parts of bids
and waive any formalities or irregularities in the bidding. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of (45)
days after bid opening.
