COMMUNITY INVITED TO TOUR FUTURE READY REFERENDUM UPDATES AT D.C. EVEREST DISTRICT BUILDINGS
On April 3, 2018, the D.C. Everest community voted to approve the D.C. Everest Area School District $59.8 million Future Ready referendum with funds dedicated to improving safety and security, reducing crowding, upgrading classrooms to 21st century standards, and securing necessary infrastructure updates. Today, the vast majority of those updates have been completed. To thank the community for its support of the Referendum, and to celebrate the conclusion of the two year-plus projects, the District is inviting all members of the community and local media to tour various sites across the District.
The Future Ready Open House events are scheduled to take place as follows:
Rothschild Elementary — September 27, 5:30 – 7:30 p.m.
DCE Junior High — October 4, 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.
Weston Elementary — October 11, 5:30 – 7:30 p.m.
Evergreen Elementary — October 12, 5:30-7:30 p.m.
DCE Senior High — October 13, 5:30-7:30 p.m.
Riverside Elementary — October 18, 5:30 – 7:30 p.m.
Hatley Elementary - October 25, 5:30-7:30 p.m.
