This book focuses on the Hmong who moved to Wausau in 2005-2006.  The controversies and the benefits are discussed in this book.  The book also discusses the difference between the recent resettlement of the Hmong compared to the first resettlement in the early 1970's.  Some of these topics are discussed in the book through interviews of some Hmong refugees.
