                      Library Policies

Kindergartners, begin the year by borrowing one book at a time, for one week. BUT, students can return their book and check out a new one every morning in the IMC before school begins and during their library class on Tuesdays! J By the end of the year Kindergarten will be up to two books at a time... Just like the-

First graders, who can borrow two books at a time, for one week at a time. BUT, these students can return their books and check out two new ones every morning in the IMC before school begins and during their weekly library class on Tuesdays! J

Second graders can borrow up to three books, for one week at a time. BUT, these students can return their books and check out three new ones every morning in the IMC before school begins and during their weekly library class on Tuesdays! J

Third, Fourth, and Fifth graders can borrow up to three books, for one week at a time and renew them up to three times (if they are not on hold for anyone else.) BUT, these students can return their books and check out three new ones on Mondays and Fridays before school and on Wednesdays during their library class time! J

Children with overdue books can't choose new ones until the late materials are returned. J There are no overdue fines, but if the books are lost or damaged they'll have to pay for a new one so other students can read the story.
