Kindergarten Registration
A child is eligible for kindergarten next fall
if he/she is five years of age on or before September
1, 2013.
If you missed Kindergarten registration week, be sure to
register your child at your neighborhood attendance school as
soon as possible.

Your child's birth certificate is needed to officially register,
so please be certain to bring it, along with
your child’s immunization record. |
Registration will take about 30 minutes, and your kindergarten-eligible child need not be present to register. You may print the necessary forms below and complete them before you come to register your child, but you must register in person. You may not mail or email the forms.
